Bad day!!

Good morning Crossfitters!!

Today I had a bad time with burpees 😵. When I started Crossfit, I had good, fast movements with them, but lately, it takes a lot of me to finish them in a Metcon. I am getting more fatigued, my legs just do not respond, my endurance decreases. I will start a "program" to increase my endurance and hope it works very well.

How do you feel with burpees in a Metcon?
