Hi Crossfitters!!

On this day we did 5 rounds of 200 meters Run, 10 Wall Balls (30 lbs) and 6 Burpees. Every round at 100% (or 90% is also fine), your rest has to be at the end each round, not in the middle of it, rest as much as you can every round. We hope that this helps you, or if you have a better idea, just let us know!!

Hola Crosfiteros!!

Este dia hicimos 5 rondas de 200 metros corriendo, 10 Wall Balls (30 libras) y 6 Burpees. Cada ronda debe hacerse al 100% (o 90% tambien es buena opcion), el descanso debe ser al final de cada ronda, no durante el ejercicio, descansen lo mas que necesiten cada ronda. Esperemos esto les ayude, o si tienen mejores ideas, hagannos saber!!
