Hi Crossfitters!!

How has your Monday been? Very Monday?
Today, our Metcon was very hard on the legs. It was 3 RFT (Rounds for Time) of 10 Thrusters (75/115), 20 Box Jump Over (20/24), and 30 Wall Balls (14/20). My legs were shaking during the wall balls! My coach made a goal for me to complete the WOD in less than 12 minutes, my time was 11:45 minutes!!

Our weightlifting today was 5x5 of 77-80% of your 1RM (Rep Max) Front Squat. I did my first two rounds at 77%, which is 225 lbs, and the last three rounds at 80%, which is 235 lbs. Five reps at that weight were hard but it felt good!

What did you do today? Is it hard to workout after the weekend?

Como ha sido su Lunes? Demasiado "Lunes" digamos?

Hoy, nuestro Metcon fue demasiado para las piernas. Eran 3 rondas por tiempo de 10 Thrusters (75/115 lbs), 20 Box Jump Over (20/24) y 30 Wall Balls (14/20 lbs). Mis piernas temblaron durante los wall balls! Mi coach me dio un objetivo para completarlo en menos de 12 minutos, mi tiempo fue 11:45 minutos!!

Nuestro weightlifting para hoy fue 5x5 de 77-80% de tu RM (Rep Max) Front Squat. Hice mis primeras dos rondas a 77%, que fueron 225 lbs, y las ultimas tres a 80%, que fueron 235 lbs. 5 repeticiones con ese peso fue demasiado pero se sintio bien!!

Que hicieron el dia hoy? Estuvo muy pesado despues del fin de semana?
