Funday!!

Hi Crossfitters!!

Today, on this very calm Sunday I've decided just to chill (until my girlfriend wants to go to the grocery store >.<). Watch TV, eat some snacks (healthy ones of course 😋), Working out in the box or in a gym all the time, we have to remember that rest is very important and also to sleep well and eat in a good way.

Usually, the weekends are like that, relaxed, but it also depends if there is a competition or something else to do. We have to keep moving and wait for the rest in another moment. Because, you know, also we have to do other things to be related to the world and have fun.

And how are you spending your Sunday?

Hola Crossfiteros!!

El dia de hoy, en este tranquilo Domingo he decidido descansar (hasta que mi novia quiera ir al supermercado >.<). Ver TV, comer botanas (tratando de que sean saludables 😋), ya que para seguir ejercitandonos en el box o en un gimnasio, no debemos olvidar que el descanso es muy importante, dormir bien y comer de la mejor manera.

Usualmente, los fines de semana son asi, pero tambien depende si hay alguna competencia u otra cosa que se deba hacer, tenemos que mantenernos en movimiento y dejar el descanso para otro dia. Ya que, como saben, tenemos que hacer diferentes cosas para estar relacionados con el mundo y divertirnos.

Y ustedes, como se la estan pasando este Domingo?
